Fixed Ramp - Sept 2008

A client required a ramp to enable access from ground level to their basement.

A ramp was designed (using a similar structure to our mobile Deluxe type 6 yardramp), and installed on the customers site in Central London.

Handrails were fitted both sides to ensure safe access for pedestrians.

The ramp specifications were:

Capacity: 6000Kg
Length: 8m to give a 7 Degree Incline
Width: 4.5m Overall / 4.35m Usable
Height from ground floor: 1m

The ramp was delivered and installed using a hiab vehicle to allow the ramp to be positioned using a crane whilst allowing for the tight space restrictions.
